Ludhiana's Clock Tower, popularly known as 'Ghanta Ghar', turned 102 last year. It was on October 18, 1906, that Victoria Memorial Clock Tower, Ludhiana, was inaugurated by the then Lt Governor of Punjab, Sir Montgomery.
